Weight loss is a balance of two major factors: Nutrition and Exercise. 70% of losing weight is about eating the right foods for you but this can be greatly enhanced by following a regular exercise programme.
Our qualified staff will assess your current diet and set you a realistic nutritional and exercise programme to follow, comprising of three Personal Training sessions per week, regular Body Composition analysis and constant support.
For six weeks prior to your big day you will receive a combination of toning, weight loss, posture advice and massage within three one-hour training sessions per week.
Four weeks intensive training to get you fit for...beach holiday, skiing, start of competitive season. This will include three one-hour sessions per week individually tailored to your needs.
Ten Personal Training sessions, including stress management, lifestyle analysis and text reminders.
To maintain an active lifestyle throughout pregnancy and into the post birth period to improve well-being, both physically and emotionally, and maintain fitness, because a little extra time and attention on yourself now can lead to a much easier and quicker recovery during the post natal period.
Includes blood pressure monitoring, body composition analysis, lung function, strength and flexibility testing, aerobic capacity and comprehensive report.
It is possible for up to three people to share a training session. This can be a very attractive and economical way to exercise to achieve common goals.

An eight-week course to lower blood cholesterol levels based on a modified diet and exercise. Comprising of two personal training sessions, one nutritional consultation per week and regular cholesterol analysis.
