During your free consultation you can tell us the goals you want to achieve and your anticipated timescale. We will put together an initial programme that is realistically tailored to your ability. Your training will include the setting of regular targets and your progress will be monitored. We will carry out regular reassessments to ensure that you are progressing and then update your programme as necessary. A regular change of regime is important to see and feel best results.
